Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the refund conditions for QuoteNearby's local SEO and lead-generation subscription service. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.

1. The 30-Day Free Trial

New subscribers are offered a 30-day free trial. During the trial, you are not charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the first monthly fee of $99.99 USD is charged to your payment method.

2. Monthly Subscription

After the trial, the subscription is $99.99 USD per month, billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Coverage is exclusive per service and city: while your subscription is active, no other subscriber is granted the same service in your city, and quote requests for that service there are routed to you. Exclusivity applies only to the services and city recorded at signup, and it ends when your subscription ends.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will not be charged for any period after your cancellation takes effect.

You retain access to the service until the end of the monthly period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Because QuoteNearby provides an ongoing service (building and maintaining pages and delivering leads), fees paid for a billing period are not refunded merely because you cancel mid-period or because you did not receive a particular number of leads.

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

• a clearly duplicate or erroneous charge caused by a QuoteNearby system error;
• a charge after you properly canceled before the renewal date, where the charge should not have occurred;
• other circumstances required by applicable law.

5. Renewals

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You are responsible for canceling before a renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.

6. No Refund for Lack of Results

QuoteNearby does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or leads. The fact that you did not receive a particular number of leads, or that results took longer than hoped, is not a basis for a refund.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@quotenearby.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your account email, the charge date, and the reason for your request.

We aim to review complete requests within a reasonable time, typically 5 business days.

8. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the same payment processor used for the charge. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank and is outside our control.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable payment-card rules or law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to charges incurred on or after the updated effective date.
